Loved the cheesecake and service but the cafe leaves a lot to be desired. Will absolutely be back again to pick up but would love to see the cafe be updated! Tennessee whiskey is incredible and I'm so glad it was recommended to me by the staff!

The pictures of the cheesecakes and the outside of the building are beautiful; however, it’s not the truth. The display case was practically empty, the place smelled like spoiled milk, and I was asked to wait about 10 minutes while the owner finished cooking in the back. In the corner of the dining room were 2 pairs of croc shoes near a puddle of water. I purchased a key lime cheesecake just to support the business. I was afraid to eat it due to the smell, hoping that the cheesecake I purchased wasn’t made with that spoiled milk. The lime on top of the cake was cut so thick (not for decoration only), that the hard taste of the lime in the cream on top was plain nasty. Never again!

The owners were awesome and made sure our cheesecake and cookies were fresh and made to perfection. Everyone thought they were delicious. Def recommend!!!

By far the best tasting cheesecake in Oklahoma. Well worth the drive to Bethany. This small business exceeds all expectations. Clearly the owner takes pride in his craft. The quality and taste is exceptional.

Good cheesecake. Be sure to check the bottom of your crust before walking out though. We got 4 different ones the other day and half of the crusts on each one were burned and bitter.

I’m sold! We tried the Tennessee Whiskey and Strawberry cheesecake, absolutely delicious. I had to fight my children and husband over both. Very kind staff and very informative on all flavors that were offered. I am usually a Cheesecake Factory kind of girl but today my mind was changed. The flavors are so spot on all you can say is mmmmm. Thank you for the awesome experience and delicious cheesecake, this is truly a one of a kind bakery, we will definitely be back! ❤️🍰❤️

I’ve been wanting to try this place for YEARS and finally had a chance to go. It was worth the wait!! I tried the Sunday Morning and Tennessee Whiskey cheesecakes. Both were excellent but I preferred the SM. The crust on both was perfect, the cheesecake was thick, delicious, heavy but not gag-me sweet. 10/10 I highly recommend you try it if you like cheesecake!

We got a cinnamon roll and it was delicious! Their homemade goodies are sure to please anyone! The cheesecakes looked incredible!

My son’s been wanting to try their cheesecake for the longest and today we finally went. Delicious cheesecake my son absolutely loved it and friendly customer service! We will most definitely be returning soon

We were one of the first customers right at opening and we were immediately greeted by the gentleman at the front who was very friendly and helpful. We had never been in and originally we were just going to grab the Strawberry no Shortcake but since it is a locally owned business we opted to also try the Tennessee Whiskey. First off, we are Strawberry people. Most Strawberry desserts are good but you can tell the strawberries are low quality and not flavorful. Not this place. The strawberries were actually sweet and fresh and that is not because of the glaze but the berries themselves. The Tennessee Whiskey was my personal favorite. The caramel was outstanding! We will be singing praises for this establishment and frequenting them often even though we do not live in the immediate area.

Today April 2nd 2025. Was my 1st time ever coming here. The young lady greeted us coming in was super sweet and kind. She gave us a run down on the cheesecake. Cheesecake is a very nice size as well. It’s so good and moist. Definitely our new cheesecake spot ☺️

At first, I thought it was closed until I looked across the street and saw what I believed to be the new shop. I thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and the cinnamon roll. Due to the size of the cheesecake, it wasn't worth $12, but it was great nonetheless. The cinnamon roll is of equal size to the cheesecake, and it's only $3. Despite the cost, you will not be disappointed with your purchase of these two. Hands down... THE BEST CHEESECAKE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I will never look at The Cheesecake Factory the same again because Not Cho Cheesecake has really set the bar.

Found Not Cho Cheesecake from a Facebook post and I’m SO glad I did! Their cheesecake is incredible and the kid working the counter was incredibly helpful and explained the cakes they had that day. Super friendly!

This place was is so good and the owner is so friendly. Our family loved the cheese cakes we brought home I didn’t even get a picture before it was gone. 🍰 I can’t wait to try more flavors.

I'll put this simply - if you live in central OK and love cheesecake, you NEED to go here ASAP! My partner and I have tried several cheesecakes from Not Cho Cheesecake, and every one has been *spectacular*. My favorite so far has been the Peach Cobbler - tender, juicy peaches with a warm touch of cinnamon. Their cheesecake base is creamy and moist, the crust is flavorful and tender, and their cheesecake-to-crust ratio is spot on. The 35-40 minute drive from Norman may be long but it's well worth the treat that awaits and it won't be the last time we make that drive!

Omg I truly enjoyed this place!! Best cheesecake I have ever had. This is a lot because I usually don’t eat cheesecake but this was a 10/10. Service was also amazing and I love the story behind the restaurant. So please check this place out!!

Walked in and immediately greeted by the owner! He was VERY friendly and his customer service is amazing. We drove from Moore to try this place out and were not disappointed. Easily the BEST cheesecake we have ever had!!!

What a wonderful small business!! Owner greeted us and proudly explained all the cakes. They look so good! We bought 3 flavors. I ate 1/3 of mine and saved for later. Owner takes pride in great product. We will hit this spot again!

The best cheesecake I’ve ever tasted! Ive followed their journey through social media since 2021, but made my first visit this weekend. Drove over 100 miles to get a bite!

Today was my first time visiting. I was treated like a regular, which was automatically a win in my books. The 2 cheesecakes I got were by far the best I have ever had! We need this place in the Phoenix, AZ area!!! I will always associate this trip to OKC with Not Cho Cheesecake!!!

If you find yourself torn between choices, I can't recommend Strawberry No Shortcake and Shortie enough. Both are so well-crafted that picking a favorite seems impossible. The Strawberry No Shortcake combines a lush, creamy filling with the perfect hint of strawberry, making each bite a delectable journey. Shortie, on the other hand, hits all the classic notes you want from a cheesecake, delivering comfort and satisfaction in every mouthful.

Absolutely scrumptious!! When we saw the menu we questioned $12 for a 4inch cheesecake but they're pretty thick and SO worth it!! We even got extra to take back with us to Dallas. We got the cherry, blackberry, blueberry-lemon, and strawberry lemonade. 🤤 Wish we would've been around for that peach cobbler one! We'll definitely be back next time we roll through OKC!!!!!

Sweet baby Jesus and all things holy. The Big Momma is literally worth every damn pound and inch I'm about to gain from this thing. By far the best cheesecake I've had in years. I kept holding off on coming here, and I highly recommend to not hold off if you want this. Worth every penny and supporting a small, local business. 10/10

We went here for the first time today to pick up some cheesecakes for my husband's birthday. Owner was incredibly friendly, everything looks and tastes delicious. Can't wait to return to see the new location and try other flavors.

Great little spot. Super friendly employees. But the Cheesecake cake is A1 🔥 parking is difficult at the time of day that we were in that area (540p), but the Cheesecake is definitely worth it. We had 3 orders of cookies and cream cheesecake, I really wish we would have gotten 3 different ones, but then again I did NOT want to share mine

Went there this weekend for the 1st time after following on Facebook. It was my husbands birthday and cheesecake is his favorite. The owner was so friendly and helpful. We got 3 of the cheesecakes- a cinnamon roll roll, red velvet and a peanut butter one (they had cool names I don't remember). My family loved all of them and we will certainly purchase from them again!
